Ambassadorial Agreement

The COMPANY wishes to engage XXX to procure the provision of the promotional services of … (“Ambassador”) to support the RACING ACADEMY and furthermore to grant the rights in respect of the name, fame, reputation and likeness of Ambassador.

Ambassador has the experience and qualifications to drive Formula One motor racing cars competitively and has granted the exclusive rights to exploit his name, fame, reputation and likeness throughout the Territory (as hereinafter defined) to XXX.

XXX shall, and shall procure that Ambassador shall, except where unable to do so as a result of serious injury or serious illness, make himself available on the days and at the times set out below to perform the Promotional Services for the RACING ACADEMY throughout the period of this Agreement, as follows:

(i) For those Contract Years in which Ambassador is performing Driver Services, Ambassador shall be available for two (2) service days of appearance per year to be designated by the COMPANY. Ambassador shall attend at and participate in good faith and spirit in any promotional services and/or events for the RACING ACADEMY undertaken and/or organised by the COMPANY. The parties agree that such Service Days shall be arranged and hosted in (city), Russia or alternatively in Europe.
