Jeśli chodzi o podane zdanie, to "level of deflection" przretłumaczyłbym właśnie jako "kąt bryłowy odchylenia", natomiast "circle of throwout" nie tłumaczyłbym w ogóle - sens przekazu uzyskamy ten sam, a brzmienie całości będzie o wiele lepsze.
