"CONVENTION DE LOCATION D'UNE ACTIVITÉ CIVILE"
This is a lease agreement for a nursing home which is being leased to a company. Is this a Commercial Lease or am I on the wrong track, also though it could be 'Residential Lease"

Since a French 'activité civile' is purely a French concept, rather than attempt to translate it, it may be better to use a recognisable English equivalent, keeping the French too to make it clear(er).
