Note that the least ref. takes you to the equivalent FR specifications page as your original ref. in EN.

I don't like the term 'Transistorisé électronique', it is too obvious a calque on the EN term; however, it is the 'official' term used by Honda themselves...

The other term 'Allumage : électronique type TCI' sounds to me more plausible as a 'proper' FR term.

transistor = electronic
full means entirely electronic (i.e. not even a contact breaker) — some early systems were simply 'transistor-assisted'!
battery is a bit unnecessary, it just means that the bike does use a battery (as we see later in the specs.) and hence this can be used for the ignition; older battery-less bikes used magneto ignition, but I fail to see how it could be electronic and still magneto, so I suspect that bit is more marketing hype than anything else: making a 'feature' out of a necessity!

Haven't researched it, but I suspect TCI is in fact an EN acronym anyway.
