Any withholding taxes levied in the recipient's country of incorporation shall be at the charge of the recipient and give rise to a gross-up of the net amount of the invoice.
Ich habe bereits eine gute Definition gefunden:
To increase a net amount to include deductions, such as taxes, that would be incurred by the receiver.
This term is most frequently used in terms of salary; an employee can receive their salary grossed up, which means that they would receive the full salary promised to them, without deductions for tax.
Aber wir lautet der deutsche Fachbegriff bzw. gibt es einen Begriff der diese Idee beinhaltet, dass mit der Erhöhung andere Abzüge ausgeglichen werden sollen? Oder ist es einfach nur als "Erhöhung/Aufstockung" wiederzugeben?
