I am afraid it is a typo, but can the word "impone" be used as shown in this example? This is from a document from the Tax Administration in Spain, in which the company re-invoices different companies of the group for certain expenses.
Se adjunta, como prueba la factura mediante la cual la entidad XXXXXX en España realiza el cargo por impone de 1.000.000,00 euros a la entidad de su mismo grupo.

I would be prepared to be that it's an OCR error for "importe".
If you look for "por impone" in Google, you find examples, but when you check them they turn out to be scanned pdfs and the original actually reads "importe".
Here's an example from the BOE. Look at no. 28409, p. 1 col. 2. This reads "por importe de 70.000.000.000 de pesetas", but the Google result gives this as "por impone de. 70.000.000.000".

The "Googlewhack" hit for "cargo por impone", as Phil mentions, is this, where Google claims to have found "un cargo por impone de 920 miles de euros":

It's a 119-page document and I haven't got time to go through it and prove that it actually reads "importe", but if it doesn't I'll consume the nearest headgear.
