English to French Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) trade agreements

Notwithstanding paragraph 1, countries signatory to this Agreement shall not be required to apply the provisions of the XXX Agreement, other than Articles 1, 2 and 3, or the provisions in the Sub-sections 4 and 5 , **other than on equal pace with what may be required from them with regard to the implementation of the XXX Agreement under the relevant decisions by the Council under Article X.
