Il semble bien que "re-engineering organizations" ne désigne pas une organisation externe qui restructure la société, mais plutêt les différents éléments du groupe qui acceptent la restructuration, donc plutôt "re-engineered organizations" dans ce document particulier. Le document insiste sur le fait qu'une décision de justice n'est pas nécessaire, et qu'un simple accord entre les parties suffit.
Aussi, "re-ingeneering" ne signifie pas la modification des processus industriels, mais la modification de la structure de la société.
