Can anyone help with translating this term into Polish please.
I have been translating tenancy agreement from English to Polish and struggle with all the legal terminology.
This text is aimed at Polish tenants coming to London. At the same time, the Polish translation will be the only way for prospective tenants to become familiar with the verbal content of the English contract.

Besides, if you have problems with ALL the legal terminology, you may be unable to translate the agreement accurately, so I suggest you should hire a professional translator to do it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not advertising my or any of my colleagues' services here, I'm simply pointing out that the prospective tenants may find it difficult to understand the agreement in Polish if you translate it, say, not well enough, and your effort may be simply pointless.
