dispose freely of the estate and parts thereof
Jakkolwiek składnik jako taki to raczej "assets". Można byłoby więc dać: "the estate and its individual assets". Co do znaczenia na jedno jednak wychodzi. ;)

: I don't think "dysponowac" is equivalent to "dispose of" only, in this context. Disposing implies transfer, mostly.

You are right. It comprises e.g. administration/management, transfer/disposal. Let's introduce 'manage' before 'dispose of' and we would be ok, not perfect but close

Discussion
To jest to samo, tyle że u nas dysponowanie kojarzy się jeszcze z zarządzaniem. False friendem jest raczej potoczne znaczenie "dysponowania" w języku polskim.

Real estate transactions.
The agent is authorized to: buy, sell,
exchange, rent and lease real estate
(which term includes, without limitation,
real estate subject to a land trust and all
beneficial interests in and powers of
direction under any land trust); collect all
rent, sale proceeds and earnings from
real estate; convey, assign and accept
title to real estate; grant easements,
create conditions and release rights of
homestead with respect to real estate;
create land trusts and exercise all
powers under land trusts; hold, possess,
maintain, repair, improve, subdivide,
manage, operate and insure real estate;
pay, contest, protest and compromise
real estate taxes and assessments; and,
in general, exercise all powers with
respect to real estate which the principal
could if present and under no disability.
'Dispose of' is not equivalent to 'dysponować' - thanks Lilian. It rather stands for to give, sell, or transfer. Perhaps Polish equivalent could be zbyć/zbywać
