The notion of "Acte de gestion" is known as "Management act". The Algerian case is simply higlighting the fact acts defined as management act are to be decriminalized. This notion applies to the public sector and precisely in administrative law where it designates actions and decisions by managers.

"Concerning decriminalization of management decisions, there is a political will to fight against corruption in line with the law and to provide guarantees to managers allowing them to do their work safely,"
