ABOVEGROUND STORAGE OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, AND WASTES
The following shall be used for the storage of chemical products, hazardous materials, and wastes in containers or aboveground tanks to prevent adverse impacts to land:
• The storage area must be underlain with impervious material (i.e., concrete, liners, etc.) and surrounded by secondary containment. In those areas without concrete, double walled tanks, chemical resistant liners, and secondary containment pallets or over pack drums must be used.
