non-transferable tickets

I think this is how a "named ticket" is usually referred to in English, meaning that the ticket is issued to a particular named individual and cannot be transferred to another person.

See: http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=non-tran...

The literal translation "named tickets" might also work for you as suggested by Billh, but I don't think that's really what tickets of this nature are called in English.

You could also try something like "non-transferable tickets issued in a person's name" for clarity if space allows, I suppose.
