@Abraham on a ici des termes classiques du suivi des NC ou des Améliorations après un audit. Le plan d'action , le propriétaire de l'action (corrective/d'amélioration) la date prévue (de fin de l'action corrective)... et on a rajouté partout Mgmt devant....C'est cette redondance du terme "management" qui me trouble... Visiblement elle pointe vers l'encadrement (the managers) et je pense donc à un "extrait" des actions qui concernent le management (par opposition aux actions qui se traitent à un niveau "technique"

"management" here can either be understood as "the management" - and in that case, Patrice's suggestion of "managérial" would work (although you could also go for "du management", and "management action owner" would be translated as "responsable de l'action managériale") - or as "management of the issue".
I think the formulation of the last item possibly points towards the latter. In that case, I would probably tranlsate "management action" by "action corrective".
