"The Parties agree to the right to set off sums validly invoiced owed to one another leading to a net balance payment. In such case, the net balance shall be paid prior to the Due Date. Offset statements are to be initiated by the net receiving Party, within the month of invoicing."

In French, we also use «bénéficiaire» when we want to talk about «revenu net». but here from a financial or banking context (offset statements) I would assume «produit net» is more accurate.
