Just for info, the "formula" used previously in Spanish courts (but abolished with the Civil Procedure reform of 2000) was "Diga ser cierto que sabe y le consta..."

It's a boilerplate phrase used when answering of an oral request for admissions. Similar phrase used in Mexico is "Dirá el absolvente si es cierto como lo es..."
