Spanish term

Tramite Impartido

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) adoption
That is the title of the explanation of how they went about the adoption legally; walking through the process of appeals and lawsuits and such... whereas I understand the meaning of it, I would like the terminology and I cant seem to find anyone to help me... this is a document from Colombia

Summary of Legal Actions Taken

I don't think this is a technical term in either language, and nothing comes to mind in English as the obvious choice, so I think you need to explain it a little bit.

Some alternatives to Summary include List/Breakdown/Description/Background depending on your sense of the document and what is appropriate.

Procedural Course of the Adoption

- rather than the Procedure 'Adopted' as will clash with the adoption process itself.
