English term
to charge/charged
English to Italian
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Il mio dubbio riguarda un solo maledettissimo verbo che ricorre e che non mi viene in mente come tradurre.
Inserisco qualche frase per il contesto. Offro da bere a chi mi scioglie questo enigma! :-)
The Chargor thereby assegned and agreed to assign to the Collateral Agent all benefits arising, actual and contingent accruing in respect of the CHARGED PROPERTY and all the Chargor's right, title and interest to and in the CHARGED PROPERTY including all voting and other consensual powers pertaining to the CHARGED SHARES and thereby CHARGED and agreed to CHARGE in favour of the Collateral agent.
Ho pensato a "proprietà GRAVATA" ma è orribilmente brutto.
Aiuto!
