: yes for " générer de la trésorerie" but: properties (= de l'immobilier) with a positive contribution to the cashflow

les propriétés immobilières aux flux de trésorerie positifs
cashflow properties => Positive Cash Flow Properties

By Rohan Taylor –Director of Financial Services at Blackburne Finance & Investments
“Positive Cash Flow Property” is one of the most popular phrases you’ll hear in property these days. Often a self-confessed property guru, who has a mentoring package or course to sell, makes lifestyle benefits a key part of the message and positive cash flow fits that bill perfectly.
“Positive Cash Flow” means the rental income and tax benefits are more than the costs of holding the property. It means each week, your property is putting money in your pocket.
… and on the face of it, positive cash flow does sound great. Not only do you get to be a property investor, you get paid for doing it.

try growing a property portfolio with those properties that are haemorrhaging money being the key assets // might work, in some alternate universe, you never know... not in ours!

: but that DOESN'T mean that rental income exceeds costs - it is just a designation for properties rented out instead of being kept for own use by the owner - there is no presumption of positive net result!
