Spanish term
No. de O.T.
Spanish to English
Medical
Medical: Health Care
This is from laboratory test results from Colombia, in the header information on the results page. It is from a medical record VERY SIMILAR to this one that I found online (THIS LINK IS NOT THE TEXT I'M TRANSLATING, but the form is identical): https://s3.amazonaws.com/lablasamericas_resultados/2013-05-1...
In the upper right corner it says:
"No. de O.T."
I'm having the hardest time figuring this out, even though it seems like it should be straightforward. THank you in advance for your assistance

W.O. No. [work order #]
Just an educated guess.

After a quick search I found a Mexican reference, but I don't think it's too far-fetched to imagine the same work process might apply in Colombia:
Registrando la fecha de nacimiento del paciente, se calcula la edad al momento de registrar las orden [sic] de trabajo.

: Work Order No. Enter the 5-digit Work Order number from the series assigned by GPO. Work Orders should be numbered consecutively. - https://www.gpo.gov/pdfs/customers/sfas/4044_Instructions.pd...

P.O. No./#
Honestly, I never saw a Work Order No. but I have seen P.O. No. or P.O. # many times. I don't discard both being right.

"El Hospital Clínico de la U. de Chile (HCUCH) se subió a la ola cibernética e implementó una medida bacán para los que se hacen exámenes en sus dependencias. Todos los que se hacen exámenes, podrán saber el resultado a través de la web, sólo introduciendo su RUT y el número de orden de trabajo (OT). Así de papa es la cosa."
