Добрый день!
Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "a third date" в следующем контексте:

The final acceptance test shall be successfully completed if the Equipment meets the Specification during the test run. Signature of the final acceptance report of the Equipment by Buyer shall be conclusive evidence that Buyer has accepted the Equipment as installed. Such report shall state that the Equipment has been accepted by Buyer, or accepted with reservations, or that Buyer has refused to accept the Equipment as installed. In the last two cases, the defects in the Equipment and/or its installation shall be listed individually in a separate report that shall be signed by both Parties.

In the event that the final acceptance of the Equipment has not been achieved after a third date then both Parties will assess the overall position with a view to reaching a mutually acceptable solution to enable final acceptance of the Equipment to be achieved.
