In the company inventory of an engineering firm, with other items in the inventory usually being tools and the like. It's a list, so there isn't much context...

Full context:

"Quirlflügel für Wirbler"

The most I've been able to get so far is that it a component potentially from some kind of centrifuge. Can anybody help me out?

Not much to go on, but found the following:
For automatic coffee machines found the word translated as "whipper wheel".
Then this :
Die in der Bohrspülung enthaltene Gasphase wird im Entgaser mittels elektrisch angetriebenem Impeller (Quirlflügel) kontinuierlich freigesetzt.
Definition for impeller:
the rotating part of a centrifugal pump, compressor, or other machine designed to move a fluid by rotation.
