Não vejo motivo para deixar em inglês. Deixando em inglês, boa parte do público alvo não vai saber do que se trata.
A expressão "sem enxágue" já é comum no mercado nacional há um bom tempo.

Há quem diferencie os dois termos, mas o leave in não deixa de ser um creme sem enxágue, em hipótese alguma. Vai depender do fabricante - tem uns que tratam como sinônimos, outros não.
