A term from diamond mining in Angola
I am trying to find the correct mining term in English for this term. It seems to be a machine or a process for washing "tuffs", which I understand are " A rock composed of compacted volcanic ash varying in size from fine sand to coarse gravel."
My thanks in advance!

tuff washing facility
Why is the tuff being washed? Is it a location of an acid bath or are they using water to hydraulically break the rock apart (or something else)? Maybe you can use some other context clues to refine what is actually happening at the location, or maybe you don't have enough information.

Tuffs wash
I also found the same reference: vulcanic tuffs. Lavaria de tufos would refer either to the place where the tuffs would be washed or to the washing process itself.
