Lorsqu'un bilan établi au cours ou à la fin de l'exercice et certifié par un commissaire aux comptes fait apparaître que la Société, depuis la clôture de l'exercice précédent, après constitution des amortissements et provisions nécessaires et déduction faite s'il y a lieu des pertes antérieures ainsi que des sommes à porter en réserve en application de l’Acte Uniforme ou des Statuts, a réalisé un bénéfice, l’assemblée générale détermine si des dividendes peuvent être distribués après l'approbation des comptes de l'exercice et constatation de l’existence des sommes distribuables.

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
