Spanish term or phrase: Asesoría Fiscal, Tributaria e Implementación Contable Sistematizada
Asesoría Fiscal, Tributaria e Implementación Contable SISTEMATIZADA (AFIC)

The above term appears in the header of an income verification letter issued by a "contador público titulado" in Colombia.

Thanks for any suggestions.

English translation:Fiscal, Tax and Systematised Accounting Implementation Consultancy
Explanation:
Fiscal has to do with tax law compliance, i.e. relationship of the company with the gorverment
Tributaria has to do with financial implications of tax within a company
Implementación Contable Sistematizada is a common consultancy area, this should not be excluded from the consultancy group

The difference between Fiscal and Tributaria is quite 'nitpicky' - at a legal and accounting level there's a difference, but not in general business usage - I'd even venture that not at a general financial level (I've never had to make the difference at a business level but I have had to as a legal translator).

Oops, obviously I meant government in the first section!

agree  Charles Davis: Very interesting. I must admit I wasn't clear about the difference between "fiscal" and "tributaria", though I do instinctively feel that if they are mentioned separately it's rash to assume they are completely synonymous.
