Grazie per il commento. Forse qui "debrided" non è adeguato perché presupporrebbe un'azione attiva (curettage chirurgico). Probabilmente nel testo si vuole solo dire che la ferita appare in ordine (quindi anche soltanto "clean" come suggerisce dandamesh),
