El sistema de prescripción en España funciona de manera distinta por ejemplo al de EEUU, no existiendo el concepto de refill, por ejemplo. En España el paciente debe acudir de forma periódica a su centro de salud para obtener una nueva receta que después podrá entregar en farmacia donde le entregarán el fármaco prescrito con un volumen determinado de dosis. Así, la expresión original se refiere a que "prescriptions will be issued periodically every 30 days at the health care center where the patient is registered"; el tiempo determinado para que desde el centro de salud del paciente le sea entregada una nueva receta para el mismo fármaco o prescripción es de 30 días. No estoy seguro de cómo expresarlo correctamente en inglés y en todo caso el fraseo original resulta cuando menos extraño. No obstante su sentido es claro; este fármaco / esta prescripción podrá volver a ser emitida desde su centro de salud en plazos periódicos establecidos de 30 días. Supongo que es el influjo del original -o que llevo demasiadas horas sin dormir- pero ni siquiera en español consigo formular un fraseo inteligible. Espero no obstante que te ayude a entender el sentido de la frase original.
