Triple S(Triple S Security)

Non-PRO English Other Cinema, Film, TV, Drama Bergerac TV Series, Politics, Secret Service, UK
Explain to me, please, what's with this "Triple S"?
Only without texts about "shit, shower and shave".

533
00:46:37,080 --> 00:46:40,789
You got someone to hire Davies, didn't you?
Triple S maybe?

534
00:46:41,960 --> 00:46:47,318
Yeah, that'll be favourite.
You got Triple S Security in London to hire Davies,

535
00:46:47,440 --> 00:46:52,992
put them onto Ripley's whereabouts, because
you knew he'd be looking for revenge, didn't you?

536
00:46:53,120 --> 00:46:57,671
Because you and Ripley were connected,
weren't you? Somehow you were linked.

537
00:46:59,640 --> 00:47:04,350
What if I go to London,
and dig way, way back in Companies House, eh?

538
00:47:04,920 --> 00:47:06,956
You'll find nothing there.

539
00:47:11,760 --> 00:47:16,197
All right, Jim. I'll speak straight to you.
We're both practical men.

Discussion

Robert Janiak (asker) Mar 29, 2019:
Thank you all for your help.
Yes, it's the name of the company, she flashed a bit in the episode.
Perceptiveness is not my strong point.
Björn Vrooman Mar 29, 2019:
@Robert Agree with Tony; that's why one of them mentions Companies House:
"We incorporate and dissolve limited companies. We register company information and make it available to the public."

philgoddard Mar 29, 2019:
Tony is right. What it stands for is irrelevant.
Tony M Mar 29, 2019:
@ Asker Surely it's just the proper name of a (presumably) fictitious security company in London?

disagree philgoddard : I've heard of outsourcing, but a fictional person in London using a real company in India?

Thank you, Phil... ;-) "Any similarity with reality is pure coincidence" ;-)
agree Tony M : Yes, in this sort of field, names are often very similar, and the same ones recur. Either way, it is clearly intended to be a proper name, even if not this particular one.

From the dialogue, it sounds like the name of a security company based in London.
