Ich arbeite an einem Patent aus dem Jahr 1914 und habe diese Schreibweise bisher noch nicht gesehen. Gibt es dafür einen festen dt. Begriff? Beispielsweise Darlegung der Patentschrift?

Bin für jeden Tipp dankbar.

@ Sebastian "Patentschrift" refers to the granted patent. The "specification" is the part of the patent containing the description.

I am unsure this phrase is being parsed and read right. It looks like the tech. spec. part of the patent granted, as shown up e.g. on a patent search, albeit before my time in 1914.
