The general meaning of "parc" is "everything you have". For example, a company may have a "parc de véhicules", meaning a vehicle fleet.

The "parc" is going to be the stock/fleet of machinery. If they don't keep the machinery in stock this doesn't make much sense, so "range" could be another suggestion.
"évolution" means here how the stock/fleet/range changes over time

e.g.
...ensure they are updated to reflect modifications made to the stock.
