This article has 2 instances of sedal(es) (p.93 & p.95). I'm not quite clear what the English equivalent would be: it might be a synonym for "perforating wound," as opposed to "penetrating wound;" or sedales may be a subtype of "perforating wound". Or it may be the sometimes included third type of bullet wound, the "grazing wound," given that the ST says it is superficial.
