Another of these which always give me problems, so wondering if you knew of a neat solution. The context is a conference programme where the first item is: "Arrivo nel pomeriggio e sistemazione nel centro convegni". "Sistemazione" in this case means not just "check-in", but also the entire process of "settling in" to the conference centre, which also includes accommodation in the residential centre. Just can't think of a neat and concise way of rendering the concept in English. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
