disagree  Anton Konashenok: "Exclusion" в таком контексте - это рунглиш. Для носителя языка exclude - это чаще всего "исключить" в смысле "не допустить" или "убедиться в отсутствии". Употребление в смысле "удалить" редко и нетипично.

neutral  The Misha: Anton is right about "exclusion" but maybe he is a little harsh today. Make it "strike" or "remove" and you have a winner here. Oh, and if you insist on using "vitial," it had better be "vital STATISTICS record".
