You haven't been given much to go on - the parts drawing is very basic and it's not easy to tell what the parts are. The SWVE looks a bit like an elbow banjo fitting. Have a look here (p79/80) and see if you think any of the parts are what you are looking at - https://www.cohimar.es/img/catalogogeneralcohimar.pdf . The KDE part looks to be a ring joint gasket (junta?) that accompanies the SWVE fitting. KDE may refer to the mounting style (see http://www.tregaltd.com/productseng.aspx?id=23 and page 64 of 221 in http://186.67.35.226/Files/89 - Parker_Full_Jan2012_Price Li... ). The 'GE' parts look like a variety of hydraulic fittings but I have no idea where the 'GE' comes from. I hope this might help a little bit but you may be better asking the manufacturer for some more details otherwise you might end up translating the part names incorrectly.
