English to Russian Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)

In case of termination of the grounds for which the CONTRACTOR is responsible, the CONTRACTOR is entitled to reimbursement of the expenses incurred up to the date of termination and to payment of a reasonable amount of the remuneration which will be collected between the parties. As a result of any circumstances for which the CLIENT is responsible, the CONTRACTOR is entitled to the full payment of the agreed remuneration. Termination of this agreement: If CONTRACTOR has partially performed any of the Services, a proportional amount of the fee, determined for this service will become payable irrespective of any other provision.
