Considering the fact that the foreigner is going to invest USD 1 million in the LLP’s charter capital, it is assumed that the citizen of Kazakhstan will contribute the same amount in order to increase the LLP’s charter capital. Thus, it can be assumed that the citizen of Kazakhstan previously provided a loan to the LLP in the amount of USD 1 million in equivalent. Now, the citizen of Kazakhstan is going to make an additional contribution to the charter capital by offsetting his claim to return the amount of the loan provided to the LLP, i.e. the LLP's obligation to return the loan amount to the citizen of Kazakhstan will be terminated by investing the loan amount to the LLP’s charter capital.
