- Are accounted for/recorded as an expense, or (No sé si para cubrir el término "contablemente" pueda traducirlo como "recorded")
- Are accounted for directly to the Miami office.
After reading the comments and answers on the link you provided I see that "account for" is a good translation. Am I right?
