Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
This word is used in some tables accompanying legal documents (Chile).
In the tables it appears in these contexts:

Procedimiento: Cumplimiento

Resolución: Ingreso cumplimiento

Cumplimiento ingresado.


There are many references online (e.g. https://www.contrataciones.gov.py/dncp/guias-electronicas.ht...

but none of these uses seems to match any definition in the RAE dictionary.

Ha de referirse a compliance (cumplimiento normativo, conformidad con lo establecido, que se apega/adhiere a las reglamentaciones). Ahora bien, deberías eliminar este post ya es se trata de Spanish to English, no de English to Spanish.
