one in which the joint stock company agreement is recorded...

"“TO THE NOTARY: In the Record of Public Deeds under your charge, please insert one in which the joint stock company agreement is recorded in accordance with the following clauses:"

This sounds like the format used by notarial deeds here in Ecuador
Peer comment(s):

neutral Jennifer Levey : Not wrong, but the duplication of 'record' makes it all rather stilted.

agree Zorra Renard : Nothing wrong with the use of "Record", noun, and 'recorded', past participle in the same sentence.

agree philgoddard : "Una de la cual" doesn't mean "one of which" here.

Exactly...
neutral Zorra Renard : I think it does, but it should be "una de LAS CUALES";Excuse me?? You're very rude, not to mention categoric. I didn't notice Phil suggest what I suggested might be a possibility.Mind your own business please;

This is not the right place to comment on Phil's explanation (you can post your own answer, or use the discussion box). That said, he's right, you're not.

one of which (is) to embody the agreement to incorporate the public limited company

> Quote: "conste" is the third person singular present subjunctive of "constar". The subjunctive mood has an invocative effect in this context, ... Unquote > one of which to contain or embody IMO being sufficient to reflect such mood.

Sírvase extender en el protocolo de escrituras públicas a su cargo : Kindly issue in the Register ('Notarial Protocol' in Roman civil-law speak incl. the City of London) of notarial instruments in your custody, one of which instruments (deeds) is to embody .....

Pre-incorporation contract in English company / AmE corporate law as that's what strikes me that the contract or agreement is, rather than the final Articles of Association or Incorporation.
Example sentence:

sírvase incorporar una de la que conste English translation: please include a notarial instrument evidencing...

reformation of contracts, what is reformed is not the contract itself, but the instrument embodying the contract.

Peer comment(s):

neutral Jennifer Levey : Your first example sentence is OK, but your answer beginning 'one of which (is)...' says something quite different (and incorrect in this context).

one of which contains the contract of a Limited private company

Peer comment(s):

disagree Jennifer Levey : 'one of which contains' is wrong in this context.
