is named/listed (above/below)as one of the parties hereto
In contracts and such like, 'comparution', as defined below, is that part of the contract where the parties to the contract are named. Not to be confused with the meaning of 'comparution' in judicial proceedings.
I don't know that there is a name for this section of a contract, or even that it appears as such in contracts of the ESW.
"COMPARUTION
Partie d'un contrat ou d'un acte dans laquelle on désigne les personnes qui contractent une obligation personnelle ou s'obligent à donner une chose."
In the example below, the "comparution" names two parties, the 'promettant' and the 'bénéficiaire'.

: Right idea but "in the appearance/attendance of..." sounds very unnatural, and parties don't "appear" or "attend" regarding contracts/agreements

in the recital of parties appearing
*visé* en = dans la comparution, namely shorthand for the part of the convention / agreement reciting the parties appearing thereto (UK notarial: 'the appearers'), rather than signing by proxy if a company.
Example sentence:
A recital provides the reader with a general idea about the purpose of the contract, the parties involved, and why they are signing it.

: Parties don't "appear" in contracts, but you could say "in the recital of parties"
