In the urological-oncological tumour board, the overall prognosis - i.e. IMDC Poor Risk (4 points): Neutrophilia, thrombocytosis, PS < 80 %, < 1 year from diagnosis to therapy initiation) with clear progression: remission therapy - a resection of the primary was not recommended and a system therapy with a combination of 10 + TKI was recommended.
