español term

300 mcg Fentanyl pp 8 ml/h DR

español al inglés Medicina Medicina: Farmacia Treatment Dosage
What is 'DR', in this case? I understand it would be 'dosis' algo... For some reason I can't find this. My only doubt in the sentence is regarding the DR expression. This is a treatment prescription.
Proposed translations (inglés)
2 DR = delayed release

Bruna Bonatto (asker) Feb 21, 2023:
Giovanni, I do agree with you. It must be 'dosis recomendada'. Thank you, I will consider it for future translations. If you post it as entry, I will vote for it as best answer.
Giovanni Rengifo Feb 20, 2023:
@Bruna In that case, my best guess here would be "dosis recomendada" (recommended dose).
Bruna Bonatto (asker) Feb 19, 2023:
Giovanni indeed, I kind of translated half and left the other half in Spanish... but my main question was the 'DR' (this part is in SPA).. I will try to edit this, I generally never ask here.
Giovanni Rengifo Feb 19, 2023:
@Bruna Is the language pair correct here? If the source is in Spanish, shouldn't it be "Fentanilo" instead? Please check.

Note from asker:
That would be if the source was in English. I'm sorry, I've posted half in English, but indicated Spanish, 'DR' is mentioned in Spanish (source).
