From my understanding, the therapists gives their full attention to the patient, as if that were not the case in other practice... so I am stumped on this one.

Je pense que attended s'oppose tout simplement à unattended, c'est à dire des techniques proposées par le praticien qui ne nécessitent pas sa présence pendant l'intégralité su soin.

IMO, assisted doesn’t necessarily mean that it is done solely by the therapist. So it is better to stick to source and stay generic.
