الفطائر تخبز في أطباق أو صواني مستديرة صغيرة الحجم وتتكون من الفواكه أو اللحوم أو الخضروات
أما المخبوزات فتخبز في صواني أكبر حجماً قد تكون صواني مربعة أو مستطيلة ويخبز فيها الخبز وأنواع مختلفة من الباتية والكروسون والدونتس
