A: and it doesn’t matter how much I care for you and how much I care for everyone – it’s always about you. Always you.
B: I don’t need to be taken care of! I take care of myself just fine!
A: Don’t tell me you’re managing on your own!
B: If you’re suffering so much, you’re welcome to leave

La mia proposta:

A: Non dirmi che te la stai cavando da sola!
B: Se ti da’ fastidio così tanto, sei libera di lasciar stare
