No creo que esten hablando de margins. Aquí, según mi opinión, están tratando de concluir cómo deben cobrar las ventas, a saber: Si un porcentaje del total de ventas, si un porcentaje de las ganancias después de costos, etc. Pueden ser un sin número de opciones que están sobre la mesa. Suerte.

Lo que están haciendo, por lo que entiendo es un presupuesto de gastos. De esa manera, se están preguntando, para internacionalizar la empresa cuanto es lo que debería presupuestarse y la base para hacerlo, quieren que sean las ventas. Es decir, se preguntan que porcentaje de las ventas deberá asignarse dentro del presupuesto para los gastos de internacionalización.
