The "right"answer I will state again is "When practicing her profession she did not make a serious mistake, on each ground the client can be made credible". confusion I disagreed with the answer because the context was complete out of line, there is no "purchase department" in the dutch text, and also the rest of the suggestion did not match the dutch sentence. I understand that it was a difficult question, it took me a long time to get to the right answer. greetings - Margreet
