"To leverage" is een vreemde, vrij recente "verwerkwoording" van een zelfstandig naamwoord. Het znw "leverage" betekent letterlijk hefboomwerking en overdrachtelijk macht of invloed. Gebruik als werkwoord heeft een overeenkomstige betekenis: "gebruik maken van de hefboomwerking van", "macht/invloed uitoefenen met" of, kort door de bocht, "inzetten". Dus deze zin zou volgens mij worden: "maakt gebruik van gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid om resultaten te bereiken" of "zet gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid in" of iets dergelijks.
