English term

compact

Exemple : tech prep education, career academies, cooperative education, school-based
enterprises, business-education compacts....

compact: formal (agreement) = convention, contrat; (informal) accord, entente.

"Albuquerque Business Education Compact (ABEC) is a **formal partnership among business, public education and local government**, whose goal is a world-class education system. ABEC's goals include: communication and collaboration among partners, supporting use of quality principles, encouraging early literacy, administration of Philip's Semiconductor's contribution for at-risk youth, and support the Job Mentor Program." http://mesa.cabq.gov/87256dd400787f4d/indexfaq/02df3a5d96544...
